Glencore is said to have agreed to pay $11,000 per day for the 83,000-cbm Pampero (built 2015), $2,000 per day higher than the current spot market.
Naftomar has fixed the 84,000-cbm Pacific Weihai (built 2016) from China’s ICBC for the same period but at $12,000 per day.
In the midsize segment, ENI has concluded a deal to charter the 35,000-cbm Antwerpen (built 2005) from Unique Shipping of China.
