The international launch of the film "Blood Diamond" starring Leonardo DiCaprio has centred attention on the way precious gems have fuelled wars in Sierra Leone and other parts of Africa.
But at the bottom end of this immense and impoverished continent, the biggest corporate name in the diamond industry has been quietly making a growing business out of using its own shipping company to produce what it asserts is the ultimate ethical diamond.
