Dorian (Hellas) appears to have racked up a terrific profit on the sale of a VLCC to Theodore Angelopoulos´s Metrostar.
Brokers report that the 318,000-dwt newbuilding at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries set for delivery in June 2005 has gone for $95m.
Neither company is commenting on the deal but Dorian is understood to have ordered the tanker in April 2003 for just $65m.
