Court documents show the bank is seeking to recover an additional $562,000 in fuel payments it says are owed to collapsed OW Bunker from the owners of the 63,500-dwt Eco (ex-Copenship Eco, built 2013). The ship was first arrested last May due to another invoice of about $170,000.

The total security demand made by ING for both arrests was close to $5m, says George Souravlas, chief executive of the ship’s managers Load Line Marine.
