New York-listed bunkering supplier Aegean Marine Petroleum Network says it is looking to hire OW staff and that it would probably expand in two more countries over the next few months to fill “voids” created by its rival’s demise.

“It creates a pretty big power vacuum when a big competitor like OW all of a sudden is not there,” said Aegean president and principal executive officer E Nikolas Tavlarios to analysts in a conference call last week.
