TANKERS
US-listed Double Hull Tankers (DHT) is said to have bought the 309,000-dwt tanker Synergy Queen (built 2010).
The Imabari-built tanker has fetched $79m in a deal that is on subjects until 4 June. Earlier this month, DHT bought the 320,000-dwt tanker Younara Glory (built 2004) for $49m.
A former Samho Shipping VLCC, the 300,000-dwt Samho Crown (built 1996), has been sold for $22m.
