Syrian owner Samin Shipping has transferred the management of its whole fleet to Beirut-based Sea Spirit Enterprise after civil uprisings began to rock Syria.
Samin maintains its offices in Tartous, Syria, and Limassol, Cyprus, but as a company now manages no ships.
Abdul Samin confirms from the owner’s Limassol office that all ships formerly listed under Samin’s management have been transferred to the Lebanese company.
