Richard Desgagnes, who was a senior partner at giant transport firm Norton Rose, has joined Montreal’s Brisset Bishop, TradeWinds has learned.
He had handled transport matters and private international law at UK-headquartered Norton Rose, where he co-chaired the transnational litigation practice.
His specialities include marine pollution cases, charter disputes, ship and aircraft casualties, shipbuilding and shiprepair disputes, and insurance and insolvency, according to his profile on the Norton Rose website.
