The Piraeus-based company is said to have contracted the ships at Sinopacific’s Dayang Yangzhou Shipbuilding facility, with deliveries slated for November 2015 and March 2016, respectively.
Company head John Kehagias was out of the office this week and not available to confirm the information.
The two bulker newbuildings are already listed on Internet Ships Register as Hull Nos DY4055 and DY4058.
