Resolve Marine salvage master Nick Sloane is stepping down as head of the International Salvage Union (ISU), to be replaced by Donjon Marine chief executive John Witte.
Sloane has held the position for the past two years, during which salvage companies’ income has been hit hard by a downturn in work.
