Evangelos Marinakis’ private Capital Ship Management (CSM) was paid $9.3m for technical and commercial services by New York-listed Diamond S Shipping over nine months in 2019.
The payments followed the March 2019 combination of Craig Stevenson-led Diamond with Marinakis’ publicly listed Capital Product Partners, thanks to a clause in the merger agreement giving CSM management rights to the 25 tankers contributed by CPP.
