The Norwegianship technology company collected less than it initially hoped but secured enoughbacking to join the Oslo Axess.
Its final offer saw 25.5 million new shares sold atNOK 3.20 each.
The smaller offer priced at the bottom of the range.
Scanship will start trading in Oslo on 11 April withan initial market capitalisation of NOK 306m.
