Lower dry bulk traffic at Rotterdam has affected the port’s throughput and net profit for the first half of the year.
For the six months to the end of June, the port’s throughput fell by 3% to 229m tonnes.
Dry bulk volumes declined by 9.9%, the main reason behind the total throughput fall.
Net profit for the first half was EUR 96.6m ($106.5m),
