Japan’s Toei Reefer Line has posted a small loss in the first quarter but expects better things from the rest of the year.
The net deficit to 30 June was JPY 41m ($401,000), down from a profit of JPY 79m in the year-earlier period.
Revenue grew to JPY 1.71bn from JPY 1.4bn.
The remainder of the financial year looks more positive, however, with the forecast for a full-year profit of JP 450m, up from JPY 428m in the year to 31 March, 2016.
