Swiss bank UBS has offloaded 500,000 shares in start-up MPC Container Ships (MPCC).
The Oslo-listed shipowner said the sales were made on 8 June.
UBS now has 727,964 shares in MPCC, representing 3.64% of the 20m outstanding.
At the current price of NOK 40 each, the deal would have brought in NOK 20m ($2.36m) to the bank.
Last week MPCC sold 15m new shares at NOK 43 each to raise $75m in a private placement.
