The dry cargo sector will be hit hardest by the "lottery" in crew vaccinations unless urgent action is taken to prioritise access, according to the chairman of bulker owners' association Intercargo.

Dimitris Fafalios warned in a statement on Wednesday that seafarers from developing nations will be impacted by disjointed nationalised vaccination policies being enforced at ports around the world.
