OceanPal is looking to sell some equity with the hope of making $15.2m.
The Robert Perri-led owner of five bulkers that spun off from Diana Shipping in 2021 has priced the public offering of 15m common shares at $1.01 each.
Each unit may be bought as either a common share, or a pre-funded warrant or a Class B warrant to buy one common share.
