Privately held IMS group picked up the assets of OceanSaver, a supplier of ballast water treatment gear, after the company declared bankruptcy last week.
The sale for an undisclosed sum includes all the intellectual property, certificates and assets of OceanSaver. The OceanSaver product will now be under the label of TeamTec, a maker of marine gear in the IMS portfolio.
