Norway's Eidesvik Offshore has fixed out a research ship to CGG.
The 5,200-dwt source vessel Veritas Viking (built 1998) has been booked for five months with options attached.
The deal starts this month.
"Eidesvik has entered into a partnership with Vestland Management for the source scope of work on this contract and with these two companies joining forces I am very confident that we will deliver top services to our client," said CEO Jan Fredrik Meling.
