Venezuela’s Ministry of Defense is accusing a Bunnys Adventure & Cruise Shipping expedition cruiseship of carrying out a hit-and-run collision that led to the sinking one of its warships.

The collision took place off the Caribbean island of Tortuga on Monday when the 8,400-gt ice-class cruiseship RCGS Resolute (built 1991) collided with the Naiguata (built 2009), a patrol vessel operated by the Venezuelan Navy’s coast guard division.
