Oslo-listed Belships has bought its second bulker this month in a deal with compatriot Espen Galtung Dosvig's EGD Ultra Eco.
The 63,000-dwt ultramax Sofie Victory (built 2016) is costing $24.15m from Sofie Victory AS, in which EGD has an 80% stake.
The other 20% is owned by Cyprus-based Blossom Shipmanagement.
