Viterra, the Glencore-controlled grain giant, has reopened its Pacific Terminal at the Port of Vancouver following a $100m upgrade.

The enhancements at the Pacific Terminal have tripled its handling capacity to enable it to handle in excess of 6mt annually.

It also allows for the loading of post-panamax bulkers, the largest vessels capable of navigating the recently expanded Panama Canal.
