Diana Shipping has chartered one if its panamax bulkers to Koch Shipping.
The New York-listed shipowner says the 77,901-dwt Ismene (built 2013) has been fixed until early 2020 at $12,125 per day.
It is expected to net Diana roughly $4.6m in revenue.
The Ismene is one of Diana's newer panamax bulkers, of which it owns 20.
