Sinotrans Shipping shareholders are set to meet next month to vote on the company’s proposed privatisation after the process received approval from Hong Kong’s High Court.
The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) is due to be held at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong in Wan Chai on 13 December 2018.
