South Korean shipowner Polaris Shipping has postponed its listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange until early next year, by which time it hopes a court case over the sinking of the VLOC Stellar Daisy will be resolved.

Polaris was first revealed to be aiming to raise $250m to $300m from investors in an inital public offering in April this year, but the loss of the converted 266,000-dwt Stellar Daisy (built 1993) and weak markets have delayed progress.
