Algoma Central Corporation has seen its profit for the second quarter drop due to lower revenue from its bulkers and product tankers.
The Canadian owner reported net earnings of CAD 12m ($9.1m) for the three months to the end of June, compared to CAD 22.4m in the corresponding quarter last year.
Algoma’s revenue for the quarter was down from CAD 125.3m to CAD 96.2m,
