Gazpromneft Shipping has clinched a RUB 14bn ($211.81m) loan to finance new icebreakers.

The facility has been arranged by Vnesheconombank (VEB) for two ships at Vyborg Shipyard.

The vessels will be used to aid year-round shipment of oil from the Novoport field.
