Navig8 Product Tankers is looking to raise $30m from the sale of 3m units at $10 per unit, the shipowner has confirmed.
Each unit will entitle investors one Series A preference share and 2.344 common shares in the expanding tanker owner.
The company says it intends to apply the net proceeds of the rights offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and transaction costs.
