Seacor Marine Holdings has agreed to sell stock worth $56.85m to institutional investors.
The US OSV business of Seacor Holdings said it would place 2.84m shares at $20 each, against the last closing price of $22.97, which was down 3.45%.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
