Navigator Holdings and Enterprise Products Partners started construction of their joint venture ethylene export terminal, which should be ready by the end of next year.
The terminal will be located at Enterprise’s Morgan’s Point, Texas facility on the Houston Ship Channel, which is currently the site of its ethane export terminal.
