Navigator Holdings posted an earnings miss for the third quarter, but believes better days are on the way.
For the three months ending on 30 September, the New York-listed LPG carrier owner recorded a $2.4m profit, down from the $6.7m recorded in the same period of last year.
That equated to $0.03
