German Uniper Global Commodities has paired with Dutch infrastructure provider Vesta Terminals on a plan to refurbish and expand an existing storage facility at Vlissingen in The Netherlands to create the first green ammonia hub in north-west Europe.
Uniper said on Monday that ‘Greenpoint Valley’ said it intends to book capacity at the planned terminal as it moves to build out several access points for green energy in Europe.
