UK P&I Club says the decision by President Donald Trump to pull the US out of the Iran nuclear deal will have "significant implications" for maritime trade with Iran. But the issue is far from settled and needs more clarification.
Trump's decision to pull out of the deal, also known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), sets the stage for shipping to face the same limits it did from 2012 through 2015 when the first round of sanctions occurred.
