The Spliethoff Group is set to acquire Helsinki-based ro-ro operator Bore Ltd in an all cash deal expected to be completed by the summer.
Bore comprises a fleet of nine ro-ro vessels chartered to line operators sailing in the North Sea, the Baltic, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
The fleet includes the 10,500-gt Seagard (built 1999) which is chartered by Spliethoff Group subsidiary Transfennica since her delivery.
