Two new companies in the United Arab Emirates have been tied to the purchases of 38 tankers within the last year as oil trading patterns shift.
Data from valuation platform VesselsValue shows Fractal Marine Shipping has amassed a fleet of 26 vessels since May 2022, to add to a vessel acquired in 2020.
Meanwhile, Radiating World Shipping Services has acted even more quickly, acquiring 12 ships since December.
