Braemar is going ahead with its annual general meeting next month but is unlikely to have its overdue financial results ready by then.

The UK shipbroker, whose shares are suspended while it examines a legacy transaction from 2013, will hold the AGM on 9 August at its head office in London.

The London-listed company had been due to publish annual results for the period to 28 February by 30 June, but was forced to delay them because of the investigation into a £3m ($3.93m)
