Days after agreeing to sell 24 of its modern VLCCs to Frontline, Euronav is expanding the fleet again with a second VLCC newbuilding.
The Belgian shipowner said it had agreed to lift an option for a 319,000-dwt ship.
Brokers said the seller is major shareholder the Saverys family’s Bocimar, part of Compagnie Maritime Belge.
