A group of US senators is preparing legislation to create a $150m fund to help enforce oil sanctions against Iran by targeting shadow fleet tankers, according to reports.
A bill, championed by a bipartisan group of politicians, is expected to be published this week with the aim of increasing the number of seizures of Iranian oil cargoes. The fund would be financed by money from other seizures, Reuters reported.
