Singapore shipbroker and consultancy M3 Marine Group has linked up with PT ROV Inspeksi of Indonesia to launch a survey company that aims to use both air and water drones.
The use of drones in vessel surveys has become a hot topic lately as the technology can drastically reduce the safety risks for inspectors and cut the time and costs involved for shipowners.
