South Korea plans to sell its controlling stake in major shipbuilder DSME.
The ministry of oceans and fisheries said on Thursday it would seek a new owner in the mid to long term, according to the Yonhap news agency.
The yard is being restructured, partly through state loans, with government-owned Korea Development Bank (KDB) building its stake to 79% as a result.
