Odfjell is selling its Rotterdam terminal to Koole Terminals in a deal Kristian Morch describes as a landmark transaction.
Analysts believe the sale could open the door for a special dividend as well as assist in further debt repayments.
Odfjell has been mulling what to do with its stake in the business after partner Lindsay Goldberg placed its 49% holding up for sale in May.
