BT Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baker Technology, has launched a takeover of Singapore-listed offshore vessel owner and operator CH Offshore.
It has already secured over 50% of the company’s shares and intends to make a mandatory, unconditional cash offer for the outstanding equity.
