Clarksons director Peter Backhouse has raised his stake in the London-listed institution by 40% over the past two weeks.
The non-executive board member bought 1,000 units at £23 each late last week, after swooping up 3,010 units at £23.85 in mid-March.
He now owns more than 14,000 ordinary Clarksons shares, representing a 0.05% stake worth £309,000, according to a filing.
