Diana Shipping plans to sell one of its older panamax ships to an undisclosed buyer at just below market value.
The New York-listed bulker owner announced Friday that it has signed a memorandum of agreement to offload 73,691-dwt Calipso (built 2006) for $7.25m to an unaffiliated third party.
The vessel is valued at $8m, down from a peak of $87.6m
