American Shipping Company closed out 2019 with a refinancing deal as the Jones Act tanker market tightens.
The Oslo-traded tanker owner on Friday reported two new five-year credit facilities with shipping financiers and US institutions.
The first loan is for $160m, including a $70m revolving credit facility, to refinance five ships and the second is for $165m to refinance four vessels.
