Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) chief executive Sam Norton took a pay cut of sorts for 2019, earning a little more in cash but far less in stock grants compared with the previous year.
Norton pulled in a headline figure of $2m, but that was down from the $3.3m in overall compensation awarded in 2018 for his stewardship of the Tampa, Florida-based tanker company.
