Malaysian authorities are investigating how and why a boxship master went overboard and was adrift at sea for 18 hours, according to local media reports.
The 170-teu Harbour Neptune (built 2000) was en route from Pasir Gudang to Port Klang when the 42-year-old captain was reported missing to the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency by "a shipping agent", The Star reported.
