Three ships, including an Eagle Bulk supramax, have been damaged in a collision at the port of Bejaia in Algeria.

The Ministry of Transport said the incident on Saturday night was caused by a manoeuvre by one of two container vessels.

The boxships involved are Vega Reederei's 1,118-teu Vega Sigma (built 2007) and the Columbia Shipmanagement-operated 1,129-teu Atlantic North (built 2002).
