The world's largest product tanker owner says it carried its first jet fuel cargo in months this week amid what it sees as a long-awaited turn upward in the sector.
Scorpio Tankers president Robert Bugbee is declaring a "lift" in the clean products market in the past week.
"As far as we're concerned, this is the turn we've been waiting for — it's such a step up in volume," Bugbee told TradeWinds in an interview.
