State-owned Shipping Corp of India (SCI) is evaluating offers from shipowners as it looks to boost its VLGC fleet.
The company tendered in December for one 82,000-cbm gas carrier, with an option for a second.
Business Line reported the owner is now considering spending $44m to $55m on at least one vessel.
